About this Legal Precedent Bundle

This is a Labour Precedent Bundle which offers a 10% discount on a bundle of precedents. This Precedent bundle includes precedents for the purpose of termination employment, retrenchment and settlement of disputes. includes the following legal precedents:

A Section 189 Retrenchment Notice: View Precedent;
A Termination and Settlement Agreement: View Precedent.

With these precedents, the Employer can issue a retrenchment notice which is drafted in accordance with the LRA and use the Termination and Settlement agreement to resolve any disputes between the parties.

On payment (Whether by EFT or payfast) you will Immediately receive an email with your link to your personal account which will include your invoice, purchase & payment summary, as well as the link for the precedent you purchased for downlead

You can access your link via the email sent to you after payment or via your personal account on our website

How to i set up my precedent after purchase?

All our agreements are fully drafted and formatted. All you need to do is insert your personal details.

Our agreements also come with full notes and instructions to assist you and guide you.

In addition, we offer free after sale support.

Do you keep any financial information?

We do not request, obtain or store any of your personal information. We only require your billing details (name, email address, phone number and address) for delivery purposes of the precedent

Do you offer Refunds?

We do not give refunds. However we do guarantee quality of our precedents and in the event of a dispute or if you are unhappy with the agreement or precedent, provided there are valid reasons, we may agree (in our discretion) to give a partial refund or provide an alternative precedent
