Enduring Power of Attorney
This is a General Enduring Power of Attorney Template, to be used in order to appoint an agent to act on your behalf in the event that you become incapable of managing your own affairs.
The power of attorney can only be used whilst you are lucid but due to for example an illness or accident, you are incapable of managing your affairs.
The POA ends automatically on your death or insolvency.
In the case of your death an executor will be appointed, which will be according to your WILL, otherwise by a Court Order or the Master of the High Court.
